Consent withdrawn
is funding frozen.

The consent registry is specified and scheduled behind the attestation gateway. Its doctrine is stated here in advance: consent over dependent instruments is held by the accredited custodian of the Root, is live rather than historical, and its revocation carries immediate structural effect.

Held, not asked

Consent over the Root and its dependent instruments is held by the accredited custodian of the 1764 Root Title. It exists as a live registry state, not as a one-time signature.

Revocable

Revocation is an act of the custodian, not a petition. When consent is revoked, every instrument that depends on it freezes — by structure, not by enforcement.

Multi-steward

No single steward can revoke alone, and no single steward can restore alone. Consent moves only at a threshold of stewards — the capture of one is not the capture of consent.

Status

Specified. Scheduled behind the attestation gateway. The registry's first state is already a matter of record: the custodian of the Root was accredited in 2008, and that accreditation is acknowledged in the protocol's recognition family.
